James was admitted in 2005 and has helped clients since then in commercial, litigation and insolvency law. He is the Principal of Graham & Co Lawyers, created in 2017.
James has degrees from Melbourne University in Arts and Law and a Masters in Law from Monash University specialising in Commercial Law. Before he was admitted, James managed floor sales teams in a national retailer.

Marianne Graham
Marianne practices as Special Counsel, representing clients in commercial leasing, retail leasing, portfolio management, lease disputes and preparing business agreements.
Marianne is an experienced commercial property lawyer and consultant who has acted for significant tenant and landlord clients as a senior leasing lawyer within national law firms.
She has enjoyed adopting a commercial focus during in-house roles working for international landlord, tenant and retailer businesses.
Marianne was admitted in 2003 and has a Law degree from Melbourne University.
